# What happens with the Forge/Dec you use?

When players buy CRATEs in SplinterForge, the funds used to purchase the Crates go directly to the founders of the game. This is their only source of income from SplinterForge.

This means that every time a player buys a CRATE, they are directly supporting the founders and the development of the game. The funds are used to cover the costs of running the game as well as pay for ongoing development and improvements.

Ultimately, buying CRATEs in SplinterForge is a way for players to directly support the game and the people behind it. By doing so, players can help ensure that the game continues to improve and evolve over time, providing a fun and engaging experience for all who play.

As for what happens to the FORGE that is used for all other purposes in SplinterForge, it is burned. Which will be explained more in the later sections.
