In SplinterForge, when fighting bosses of different leagues, there is a minimum amount of damage that needs to be done in order to reach the maximum FORGE earnings during battle. This minimum damage required to reach the maximum FORGE has been raised to 350/700/1050/1400 for bronze, silver, gold, and diamond Bosses, respectively. This means that if you don't do the minimum amount of damage required, you won't be able to earn the maximum amount of FORGE during the battle. This encourages players to strategize and use the most effective combination of abilities and equipment to deal enough damage to the boss.

This means, if you were to attack the diamond Boss and deal 1500 dmg, you would gain the same in FORGE as someone who dealt 2000 dmg. Keep in mind that the player dealing 2000 dmg will be setup better for the leaderboard payout.

There are also various ways to increase the number of FORGE you gain in battle. Examples: Gold Foil equipment and Forgium Eggs.
